Almost all business cards I receive end up folded into frogs. If I’m bored, they might even get coloured green.

Just a simple crochet star for today’s thing
I made this star from this pattern: Jelly Xmas Star Tutorial.
Back in November of last year, I purchased 500 strips of origami star paper and I have been slowly working my way through it all. Here is one of the lucky stars that I made today!
This started off as a variation on the leaves from yesterday, but it ended up looking more like some coral to me.
I have some leftover green yarn, so I decided to crochet some leaves.
I didn’t have a pattern. I just winged it, using single crochet for the thinnest bits and progressing up to quadruple crochet for the widest bits of a leaf.
I used worsted weight yarn. It only looks huge because this is a close-up.
When I have some leftover yarn in a flowery colour, I will add a flower to the centre.
I used to make paper flowers when I was little and it appears that I have forgotten how to do it. The ones I used to make were far less twisty.
